Issue?

Just the way it's sharpened. If you take more metal on the right side off it will look better. Some bad pictures
 
Or get a new one..? I bought it yesterday and am able to refund it, and me not being good at sharpening will not do that.
 
It looks fine to me, I don't see anything asymmetrical and if I was planning on using it I wouldn't care in the slightest, but if it bothers you and you have the option of returning it for a new one then do what you think would suit you the best.
 
If it bugs you sure. Try getting another maybe you will get lucky. It's production knife territory.

Ditto. I can't see the asymmetry you're concerned about.
 
I don't see how that would affect the way your knife functions, it appears to me to be a slight cosmetic issue.
