I am trying to give the buyer @grunt soldier feedback from this sale thread

and it won't let me me. Says I have to rate the starter of the thread or be the starter, and I started the thread. I didn't have any issues posting for another buyer in another thread. Is this because grunt soldier hasn't actually posted in the sale thread? The other buyer had posted in the other thread.
 
Yup, both parties have to post in the thread for feedback to be left.
