Issues with ordering Edge Pro direct from company.

I ordered a Edge pro Apex from their website they sent me an e-mail saying that would have to calculate the shipping and would contact me with the final total and process the order. That was Monday and I have yet to receive any contact from them.

Received invoice today (Friday) Every thing is good guess I am too impatient for my own good.Would have preferred to have heard sooner but I guess a week isn't to bad for a fine piece of equipment.

The guy who invented the Edge Pro, and who continues to own and run the company, is an old dude, and he pretty much does everything himself. He's really a great guy, but is not looking for more business at his time of life.

I'm sure he'll get in touch with you at some point, but if he's not well, or something else is happening, I don't think he has any back up staff to do things.

If you need it ASAP, send him an email cancelling the order, and order from another place.

But if you're patient, he'll give you the best possible service an old gent can give.
 
Call the number on their site, I have had great customer service from them, it might just be a fluke. Call and talk to them dirict.
 
Tried calling all I get is a machine.
Just want to make it clear I am not trying to bash the company and the owners I have heard good things about both that is why I am surprised, worried, concerned about the level of service I am getting.I posted this to try to get feedback on whether this is normal for the company. I am gonna give them to Friday afternoon and if I haven't heard anything I am gonna cancel the order and order from a secondary seller.
