It finally happened I lost a knife

Think smaller.. Car, seat belt snag, chair, couch, bathroom (mine fell out there one time) .. Etc,,, they usually show up in surprising places, Get in a dark room shut your eyes concentrate on the last time you know you had it, and the last time you used it.....
I’ve looked every place known to man.
I’m going to buy a new one and maybe it will turn up.

Seems like a perfectly good reason to buy two. One to replace the loss, the other for mental pain and suffering.

The law of lost knives, only when you purchase a replacement will the lost knife be found.

You could try the CRK Hawk clip, if you can find one.

Just came across this thread, but glad to see it has a happy ending. Guessing you probably already did this, but I'd definitely check the clip and consider bending it to increase retention. I had to do that at one point with my Inkosi. My other CRKs have been fine.

Congrats, glad for the happy ending! Still free to buy another! Backup, and pain and suffering!

Yea sir that’s exactly how I feel.
I will pick up a small 31 at some point soon. First on my list is a new clip though. It definitely came out of my pocket.

I carried Strider SMFs for years and a Sebenza. Usually had the SMF in a wet mold pancake belt sheath and the Sebenza in a GFeller belt sheath. They can be carried horizontally or Vertically. I’d go that route

The flashlight deal was the first thing I did.
I may find it with a metal detector but its most likely lost.
My property is pretty think brush with lots of hardwood leaves on the ground. It’s 42 acres and I have about 5 miles of crisscrossed trails that wind around. I’ll live but my OCD will have me searching for years

Or do my trick and find it under the couch in six months.

I wanted to ask if anyone has tried that machined Millit to clip?
I’ll probably go with the Lynch version but the millet is lower profile, but not deep carry. I like that style better but it does no good if I lose my knife again. Not that I made of money but losing my knife wouldn’t have been nearly as stressful if I could just easily order another of the same one. I can’t believe that no one had a PJ large Insingo for sale. The only one I was on the exchange here for $550. I don’t reward flippers as capitalism does work both ways.

Yup, Millit clips are my go to. I love ‘em. More than any other clip. Millit clips are good to go.

Glad you found your knife. Get a backup. 😉

That sucks. I lost the Benchmade Griptillian my Godmother bought me 4 years ago in the woods. I went looking for it and ended up stepping into a hornets nest pissing off a few thousand hornets. Getting multiple stings. And running faster than lightning to get out of that situation.

Ever since that day. I pretty much ditched pocket clip carry and went to full pocket carry.

Sorry to hear. I quit using pocket clips years ago for the same reason. I carry most knives in my back pocket with clip removed. If I feel I need to secure it more I stick it in a belt sheath. Never felt the to deploy it in .001 seconds, so pocket clip carry not important

CRK Belt sheath made by Gfeller is a great solution for retention and it frees up your pocket. A Hawk clip is another alternative if you insist on a clip.

I agree 100%.
