I’ll assume you are using a Microsoft hosted email. Microsoft has made some changes to their email system that is causing a lot of issues. BF is one of the many victims of Microsoft’s problems. It’s difficult to deal with MS and Spark is doing all he can.

Industry word is that MS rolled back the changes or fixed what was broken with their email, so hopefully things will get back to normal soon, if not already.
