Very cool! If I hadn't already sprung for one I'd be knocking on your door. 110V is a good deal, I played havoc taking a line off my 220 for the oven in my shop. Keep us posted, I'm sure many makers will be happy to have a nice oven to get their HT nailed down.

Now, whether the SetPro is easy to program - that's a matter of opinion! :D I finally laid out a sheet with all the steps and inputs shown, along with the controller's display that lets me do a new program with minimal frustration. I'll send it to anyone who already has a SetPro if they want it. It wouldn't make any sense whatsoever if you hadn't tried to program the controller previously though.

I'd be interested in the tutorial. The setpro isn't set in stone on this one - just makes more sense,

There may even be a custom knife makers controller in the works. Just tough to say what the presets should be. :confused:
