It showed today-Bark Ivory Sebenza

Ya gotta love that Mammoth, had a girl at work tell me one day when I showed
her my mammoth handled knife, 'aren't they endangered?' hmm not for a LONG time...
and she was going for her masters degree...I think she got it mixed up with elephant
ivory, although I made it pretty clear that it was from a mammoth...oh well,

Got a good laugh out of that one Gary. Good to see you here on the forum, been missin' ya. Hope to be sending you this one soon for a sheath. I have something special in mind that I want to talk to you about.
:)
Thanks Scott

Danial,
I hope to pick up a new digital camera soon, if not borrow one. I have a couple new Sebs I want to take pix of.

It's been a crazy year, on the road almost 170 days so far, told them at work that
has to stop, not sure how next year will play out!

Camera wise, there are a lot to choose from, I picked up a Canon G7, which has now
been superceded by the G9 that has some good reviews, has a nice closeup macro feature.
But they all seem to do a pretty good job.
One trick that I tell people is to set the timer to 1 or 2 seconds, that allows you to
brace yourself and the camera just before the shot is taken, it helps to remove any
motion that you may induce by pressing down on the shutter;
here's a shot taken, hand held at 1 second, as you can see from the second hand's
motion ;) my favourite watch, a Sinn 656, a real beaut;
