That's a good one for sure. You're lucky there's no tendon damage, it looks like it was deep enough but the angle was off just enough.

Good luck with the healing.

Grinder cut? Or did you just snag it on something?

Wish you a speedy recovery,

Nathan

Ewww, nice.

Might be a little uglier if the cut ran across the fingernail:thumbup::eek:
(note for next time).:D

well the question comes to how much work were you doing with the hand ater you got the stitches

but either way glad you didnt get hurt worse

Joe,
That looks like a serious "Ouch!".
If the stitches are gone, you might consider a couple of butterfly bandages just to hold it together while it heals back together more.
I'm not a medical professional, "did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night"....seriously, do have personal experiences trying to keep cuts and slices together while healing....

Take Care!

DAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!

Nasty booboo, man.

Man O Man thats an Ugly cut and an even Uglier stitching job. Do you do it yourself?

I wish I had done them myself, even a lowly guy like me knows a double half hitch with a single over it wont hold on regular monofilimant :rolleyes:Losing all those fishing lures learns ya quick! I did watch carefully though :p

I got it covered in those adhesive stitches hopefully she holds together.

Nathan belive it or not i got it on the end of a #9 bar

OUCH nope i dont miss construction one little bit. hope it heals soon and no infection sets in. best of luck

Crazy glue holds wounds closed..
Burns a mite; but it's pretty sterile..
Hope it helps
Be well

Must hurt, miserable when it has to be the working hands. Good excuse to bring out the bottle of Scotch.
