Just ordered a Fantoni Hide Folder :) Now I have an Italian knife! Thanks everyone for your input and I'll review it once I'd used it enough.

You won't regret it:D
Make sure that yours comes with thumbstuds mate! From what i saw on a vid, the law in Italy has changed so they are taking the thumstuds out of them!!
Just a heads up.

Just a heads up.

I know all about it and unfortunately they all comes without it now :( Ones with a stud have become collectors' pieces and that's why I HATE YOU :D

Seriously it's too upsetting. The design was created with a specific area of the blade exposed to allow a space for your finger behind the stud, and forcing a maker to remove it messes up the whole design let alone making the knife not as fun and quick to use. As usual we, law abiding citizens, are being made to pay for the mistakes of some criminal somewhere....

No worries man :) Just tell me who's that gorgeous lady in your avatar and what sort of wood are the scales ;)

That is a Buck Alpha Dorado with a TiAlNi coating (tough like you wouldn't believe), CPM154 steel and laminated and stabilized Rosewood scales. It is a joy to use and carry.

Again, sorry about the A-Hole post. I really am a nice guy in person. :)
