This was a pretty awesome week for me in regards to knives, first a handmade slip sheath by G2 and then these suddenly showed up at my door, 6 weeks after ordering.
For Scarperian knives, IMHO, L'Artigiano is the top of the game. It's hard to find a flaw in these, the grinds are spot on, nearly perfect blade centering, the blade faces expertly satin finished, the spines mirror finished. Overall executed very well along with being made to order. The only gripe is that the joints are extremely thirsty when they arrive. A drop of mineral oil makes them smooth as silk, but they do have fairly stout springs.
*Edited to add that another benefit of this manufacturer is that they use 440C, as opposed to 440A, which is virtually all of the competition.
Marremano a Foglia
Tried to show the contrasting mirror finished spine.... Mr. Hemingway's portrait can barely be seen in the spine.
This blade has a very thin, high hollow grind
Maremma Pianella

Comparison to the same model by Consigli. The L'Artigiano is a bit more refined.

Last, their take on a Napoletano, this they refer to this as the antique version. Basically the same as the Maremma Pianella, without the swedge and a bit easier to open!
