Thanks Kevin. I just posted a bunch of feedback from my transactions, going back a year or so. Doing this makes me realize how much stuff I buy. Almost all of my transactions I bought something.
;)

:D:D

This is a great addition, thanks Spark.

I've just done all mine (not that many, but every little counts)

Alright folks. I just went through all my sale threads and left feedback for everyone I could. Now there are some folks who bought from those threads who didn't post an I'll take it, but they did post something like "email sent" and we finished the deal in email. if you are one of these people and want credit, you need to send me a PM or an email with a link to the thread and remind me what you bought, otherwise I am caught up.

It looks like it will be helpful for quick reference. However, I wish I could get credit for past trades/sales. :( I do not trade/sale often but I have had many sales/trades in the past 2 years. Now it looks like I am a newb! :D

Great feature though. ;)

And ... I do most of what I do behind the scenes. Oh well, least I've got one from my HogFather!! :D

i got mine done today, it took me a while to go back and find all my old posts, but the search function can be your friend. i have to say that i feel sorry for all of you guys that have done a lot more than my piddling 12 or 15 deals.

i think i got everyone but as some have mentioned there have been a few pm/e-mail deals. even when i've done those, i've still posted feedback in GB&U, which i hope remains the standard here.

I went through about two months worth and maxed out my 5 feedbacks. But on another note I need help making a avatar can some one give me a hand PLEASE?

go to "user cp", it's on the left of the bar at the top of your screen. when you get in there you'll see a menu on the left, top section is "settings & options". last choice in that menu is "edit avatar". click on that and post your pic. you can also look at the "faq" which is on the top bar, or go do a search in "bladeforum.com service and support" in the "general" forum. if you still have trouble, then post your question in service and support.

Thanks for the temporary reprieve on the limits! I searched my posts in the exchange and came up with 15 pages.

I left about 40 feedbacks. Sadly, about 30 were regarding people whom I never see post any longer. Like many of you guys, many trades are done "behind the scenes."

I am concerned that some new posters may jump the gun and post a negative waaaaay before it is appropriate. Reading the exchange, many (most?) negatives are resolved quickly and are the result of a failure to communicate.

All in all, a great system though. Cool!

likewise what PG said. If you guys know of our deal, just PM me.

Wow, that took some time!

Hope I've missed no one -- remind me, if I have.

I still feel sorry that so many can't be rewarded in this way, just because we worked deals behind the scenes. There are a few folks I really feel embarrassed about ... in this sense. :o

Woof!! Cobalt only has 3?? I know THAT'S not right ... guess some folks haven't noticed this feature yet.

OP, on a side note, if you know you bought from a guy who had the piece for sale on the exchange, but you never posted to the thread, but bought the knife, it will let you leave feedback for the fellow. So the sellers can still get credit, but the work is on the back of the buyer.

Good. I can do that. :)

not sure if i'm missing something you're implying PG, but i believe the seller can still refer to his own thread when leaving feedback for the buyer, even if the buyer didn't post to the thread. as long as one party involved is in the thread then it will still work. if you said the same thing and i'm just missing it, then sorry for sticking my nose in....

No, in the instance I am talking about, I'll use myself as an example. I bought a knife from MEMBER_X, which he had a thread for in the exchange. I never posted to that thread. I was still able to leave him feedback by clicking his itrade ranking in his sale thread.

I think your right, I've left 20 so far and have only one left for me.
There was a few I havn't seen in this room, but it showed they had been on BF lately.
