There should be a report icon next to the feedback (red triangle with exclamation point inside). Click it to report the falsely given feedback.

When you click that icon, it's like hitting a Report Post icon in a thread. But in this case, the report goes to Spark, who is the only one who can reverse it.

As far as negative iTrader ratings when no deal took place, they aren't right and we have gotten involved to have Spark reverse them. We will always have new people or whiny people who haven't got a clue coming here and violating rules and accepted procedure. We need to work each case as it arises. That often takes the person who got hurt to push for a reversal.

Ok gotcha.

My only questions is, at the time of the incident I did report the post (clicked the report icon) and I did not receive any reversal (as you can still see the negative rating in my feedback)..

I will copy this thread to Spark and see if I can get any resolution..
