Is itrader built into the forums? I see people have feedback, but I don't know how to access it.

Click on a member's user name to get the drop down menu. Then click on View Profile.
On the Profile, you will find Feedback Score and clicking on that will show the total numbers.
Underneath the numbers is a link View Complete Feedbacks for (user name).
