Nice knife, it´s an old one as can be seen from the can opener and the spring in the scissors.

I had a Wenger with one of those can openers, they work but they are a bit awkward and you have to be careful or you can cut yourself since in use there is a tendency to push toward the can and the cut is made toward the outside lifting the ragged edge of the can top.
