It's amazing how much money you can save just by keeping change.

I've always saved my change but usually gave it to my bro for actual $bills.
Last year he had so much change I had to bring a dolly (handtruck) from work so he could take it to the bank. Heavy

If you stop using all change, it will make you get more because you will be breaking bills every time you buy something. So, you can see why it adds up so fast!:D

Yup. This exactly what I do. It does indeed add up surprisingly fast.

I read not too long ago that have an average of $85 in change. I have no idea where they got that number, but it doesn't seem right to me.
I'm sure I only have about $2-3 laying around. And I only ever have $20 at the most.

Yeah, the most I've ever had is about 50 bucks of change, and that was manily from gold coins, i.e. 1 and 2 dollar coins, but I'm going to buy one of those tins, you can put money in, but can't get it out. When its fully you open it w/ a can opener and take it to the bank.
