quick question.....
i've always been very wary of using my busse as a steak knife....reason being, i didn't want the edge to come in contact with glass/ceramic plates....glass/ceramic would be very hard on an edge and wouldn't it wear the blade excessivley after repeated contact???
anyone experience this???
