It's Friday - Whatcha drinkin' tonight?

Just ice cold water for me I'm on the clock and at the melt furnaces the thermometer said it was 125 tonight!!!!
 
"Firestone Velvet Merlin oatmeal stout"
that has all the right words, gotta try that sometime.

Guinness and pizza.
 
Coffee right now but looking to transition to something with a touch more alcohol as the day progresses.
 
Had some friends over to a fireside gathering at my place:

As always, the Machax was used to process the firewood, as shown here:

We passed the drinking horn around the fire several times, filled with some of my meads as well as some cider. One mead I contributed was last year's strawberry mead (shown here at the beginning of the fermentation process, it ended up clearing to a subtly red golden color):



A good time was had by all....

I'm working all weekend. In fact. I'm supposed to be sleeping at this very moment. But anyway. I drank water last night, and will again tonight, as well as Sunday night too. Bummer.
 
Also a week later and I started with a beer. Now I'm off to a nice Bourbon from a friend. Can't imagine a better night to serf the forums.
 
Tonight has been the night of shots... Don't ask me what all they were cause I don't know but I hit 4 different bars and they just kept putting liquor in front of me. I'm going to most likely be sick in the morning.
 
Right now? whisky.... and what have I had to drink almost every time since forever? whisky... throw in a couple homebrews then... well... whisky... is there anything else? As far as I am concerned there is whisky... then everything else... whisky.... :D
 
Found some beer called Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy. It's got a little bit of a lemonade flavor in it.
