I just returned from a very successful two week trip visiting our manufacturers and am pleased to report several exciting new projects in the works.
1. The first production of the 3" Impulse is in the final stages of tooling. This model will be available in 6-8 weeks at the latest.
2. The 3" Paragee, frame lock is progressing. Production is scheduled for later this Fall. This is a fantastic design by Darrel and ET is excited to produce this model in their first frame lock.
3. The Kazan designed by Koji Hara will feature Koji's unique air step design with natural stone-pearl inlays. Delivery is scheduled for early 2001.
3. We are now moving full speed ahead on a smaller 3" Zytel Magna with double stainless steel liners. Delivery will be later this Fall. The 3" Magna will features the same tank-like construction as the original in a easy to carry package.
4. We have not given up yet on the Cosmos however this is probably one of the most difficult production knives ever attempted. Several of the parts were re-engineered this trip and we are moving forward. If all goes as planned we will have the Cosmos ready this Fall.
5. We will unveil a new H. Viele design at the upcoming Blade Show. Construction will be die cast aluminum with Kraton innerframes and AUS-8A blade steel. Delivery will be early 2001.
Thank you for your attention and wishing all the best.
