Id guess either:
Mad lean street
Fury lean street
Mean lean lane
Mean lean alley

Mad/Fury/Mean = Angry
Lean = one way
Street/Alley/Lane = Road
 
Boss Mini Mean Street - BMMS or Lean Mini Mean Street - LMMS, just throwing those against the wall.

Well, if it's my answer, I took Jerry at his word:

It's... then the first letter of each word in the title and tried to match the clues regarding a narrow road. Penny is also one, M&M are initials (I think).... and the it's so simple, etc... pointed me back to his initial title post... but I'm probably wrong... I always get these wrong
