I consider all of David's books labors of love from the very beginning. Never realized they were as much love as they are. I hope this one fairs better for all involved.

I have been somewhat laid up over the last few months and all of those books and just a few others have been a pleasure to read again. Thanks for the contact for Tim, Bob.

Hi there,

I sent mails to the address above, because I want to buy this book as a present for my boyfriend. But I didn't get an answer up to now.
Perhaps it is like that, because I have an German mail address and my mails are considered to be spam.

Can anybody help me to find out how to get into contact with the distributor of that book, which is so important to my boyfriend?
