At the knife show this weekend, Pohan Leu had a lefty Ti framelock in double-ground CPM-154. The price was very reasonable too.
I picked up Jeremy Horton's Ti framelock, a hair over 3/16" in CPM-D2:

It's as big as my ZT0200, but lighter.

Regarding the issue of grip, referenced above, ti is clearly less grippy than something like G10, but that can be completely corrected through proper ergonomic design. I have both a Sage 1 and Sage 2, and since it's such an ergonomic, hand-filling design, I don't see a material difference in my ability to grip them. Unfortunately some other knives (including the vaunted Sebenza) don't have the same excellent ergonomics, so slipperiness can be an issue. I actually prefer the Sage 2 to the Sebenza, even when cost is not factored in, due to its enhanced ergonomics.

Here's the Lefty Ti framelock with CPM-154 by Pohan Leu from the show. It's a big sucka.

The third knife from the left what is that and can you get it in plain edge without the black coating?

If you're talking about my picture, it's a Kershaw Mini Cyclone. This is the only version it's available with titanium. If you can do without titanium, there are other versions with plain edge silver blades (1635 & 1635GRY). They're discontinued though and getting quite hard to find. The titanium version is very very rare now.

If you're not talking about my picture...well, now you know about the third knife from the left in my picture :D
