Happy Spring folks!

So much to learn, so much to do. I'd like to meet some of you, get a canoe, more knives (of course), learn as much about survival as I can; books, practice (maybe I'll get more than smoke with my bow drill!), teach her to swim, camp a whole lot, get in better shape and get some sun!

I'm planning a few backpacking trips, a trip to the Grand Canyon (haven't been there since I was too little to remember) and lots of hiking  I need to practice some skills more too. My hands have gotten soft, haven't practiced the hand drill in a while.

Graduate (finally), go to Europe, start my job

On a more serious note: camping, hiking, boating, biking, try out a bunch of gear, make a knife or two...all kinds of fun stuff

As soon as you get some good smoke going, start to push down harder. Keep spinning nice and smooth, but lean into it, you'll get it!

thanks bro, I will get it!

I just found out, in the UK, spring doesn't officially start until next weekend! The law is mightier than the earth and stars!

ride my motorcycles, do the Medicine Bow classes, do some camping and fishing, start making knives, keep making sheaths, that's about it... try not to get in trouble.

Take note that is is now 85 degrees outside instead of 80 like it is during the winter:D

Graduate!
Fishing! Fishing! Fishing!
Camping, hiking, hopefully some mtn. biking.

I made a fire on my work bench today!

Trout fishing in april, Walleye fishing in May, plant my garden, build an outdoor wood oven. Thats on the list for spring.

Wait for the rest of the freaking snow to melt. Just got another 1" up at my house last night. :grumpy::mad::(:thumbdn:

Soon however (snow or no snow) I'm heading out for a solo two nighter in the North Wa Nat forest area. Looking forward to it. I need it..... I'm climbing the walls right now.

Sharpen my new RD-4 and beat it!

Use my boat more than three times this year.

Of course I'll have to wait 'til June for the lakes to melt.:(

Another 1" to 3" of snow expected tomorrow. :barf:

Hiking with my son, fishing, sickle-barring, mowing, wood cutting, fishing, knife-wielding, cigar-smoking, grilling/beer-drinking, wild outdoor sex, more hiking with my son, did I say knife-wielding??? Dang, I can't wait it for it to warm up and dry out (walking across my property right now will suck the boots off your feet, the ground is so wet!)
