Left front: a brand new blue Leatherman Squirt (I hav'nt decided if I like it better than the Micra).

Rear left: wallet

Rear right: car/house keys.

I'm carrying a MOD CQD Mk II stealth in my right pants pocket, and a pack of cigars in my left. Back pocket - wallet.

That's it.... boring I'm afraid!!

Left front pocket money on money clip with small gentlemens knife/file/sissors, change clipped to pocket is a Leatherman Sideclip. I always carry the leatherman.

Right pocket is a Uncle Henry Trapper, 3 blade, It has a 3 "clip/sheepsfoot/spey blades.....This knife can change to a CRKT Mirage or a Spyderco lockback or a Kershaw 1550 ST or a Boyle lockback.........Or any of the other several knives I have.
Not the Onion Chive that one opens in my pocket dangerous !@!!!
The Uncle Henry doesnt "raise eyes" as much.
Hopefully, one day it will be a folder that I built for myself

Back pocket wallet
Clipped to one side of belt loop are my keys and the other side is my cell phone.
 
In my pockets while at my desk, nothing more then my keys and my BM Stryker.

My Camelbak M.U.L.E. pack is sitting 6 feet away, carrying a 100oz water reservoir, a Schwinn Air Driver minipump, Nokia 6360 cellphone, Topeak Alien Wrench (Bike Multitool :D), Brinkman LED Flashlight w/blue filter, checkbook, wallet, 2 apples, an orange, a banana, pair of spare AA batteries rubber-banded together, spare Oakley lens cloth, and a pair of Black Iridium Lensed/Silver Framed Oakley Moons.

A pair of Trek Gel-padded fingerless biking gloves are sitting in a blue Giro Mojave bicycling helmet, resting on top of the pack.

My Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo Mountain Bike is also sitting 6 feet away from me (outrigged with a water-bottle-mounted NICAD-rechargable 16w Cygolight headlight (6 hours continuous use on low beam 6w), Topeak Panoram 17-function cyclocomputer, a VistaLite Total Eclipse LCD-blinking rear light (40hrs/1AAA), one 24oz Nalgene water bottle, and one spare self-sealing Preston-valved tire tube). Techically, I "wore" it to work today also. ;)
