Horseshow sunday, first one in about 4 weeks since my horse went lame. Gotta get busy now and try to get my lead in the point standings back :grumpy:
Aside from that, probably just knife work and catching up on stuff around here.
If it doesn't rain I'll be drivin my bush hog all day at work today. Better get goin, have a good one everybody

Rain today rain Saturday :grumpy: Guess I will go to work both days. My kids are talking about working Saturday  Maybe they are learning the customers send money if you ship them something
I think I should put the battery charger on my motorcycle -- with all the rain and cold weather it hasn't been on the road in quite a while
Things are not all bad though -- the kids invited me over for turkey dinner Saturday night :D

Wife is going out of town all day and overnight on Saturday, so if I can put my mind to it I'm going to grind like crazy! I have two knives that are sold and need some clothing (handles and sheaths), so I hope to at least get one glued up today, of not both (one is koa, which takes forever to work, so that may not happen until tomorrow). I'd love to do nothing but metalwork on Saturday, so I'm going to try my hardest to get these things at least glued up today. Sorta sucks to see patients in the AM, run home, change clothes, get scuzzy working on knives instead of eating lunch, clean up, change, and run back to the office for the afternoon patients. Oh well...

Finishing up a hunter today. Would like to do some forging tomorrow. Sunday I'm on the road.

Knives..........

Now that the sun is starting to shine through, maybe ill get some more garden planted.

Tonight is the "Relay for Life" put on the by American Cancer Society. I'll start walking at 7 tonight and keep going until I can't walk anymore.

Working on finishing up the tappers. Hope to roll them out to everyone on Monday or Tuesday. Other than that, possible bbq if the weather is kind.

It's raining here. Tomorrow, I walk my lovely daughter down the isle, huge Church wedding. This evening is the rehersal and dinner. Today, go pick up tux, pay bills. By the way, she is marrying a well to do electrician, nice fella, but not a knife maker, yet. Sunday, shop time and consoling my wife because of her "empty nest symtom". Also Sunday I have a .17 HMR competition 100 yd. shoot to do, if the weather is decent. It's a shoot-off between a hunting forum bunch of rascals. Some of those fellas are 1000 yard center fire shooters, so this ought to be interesting.

Off to Vegas on Sunday to compete in the BCA National 8 Ball championship, along with a little golfing and knife shopping :D We are paying our own way this year - didn't win a trip, so hopefully we can place in the money :) It's going to be a long drive - 18 to 20 hours from Calgary to Vegas.
