It's The Friday post

I'm halfway done on my 4th knife , tonight I temper and HT :D rest of weekend finish 'er up and try to squeeze in a sheath or two.
Also think I'll go see Kingdom of Heaven with my Dad. :cool:

Helping a friend get some of his tools from his fathers estate.
Hope to do a little forging sat night.
Supposed to aquire some HC RR spikes with a friend sunday. The pile we are getting them from is supposed to be 5' high...8' to 10' wide....and 20' long.
Supposed to be some kind of springs clips mixed in?

Silenthunter, thanks, I think the weather is going to hold for the big wedding. I am glad she gets her looks from her mother.
 
Slow day at the gunshow today. The weather I think kept people away. I had one customer come and pick up his knife. Two more to pick up tomorrow. Silent Hunter and Butcher Block stopped by my table to chat a bit. Glad you guys came and it was a pleasure to meet you. ;) It's suppose to rain Sunday so maybe more people will come to the show.

Nothing to do but try and fix that dang old riding lawn mower... again! But i have a big yard, and it takes me about 4 1/2 to 5 hours to push mow it :mad:

The pile was probably 40' long. 4 5gal. buckets didn't put a dent in it.
Think it will make a few knives.
 
OK guys....Any Idea of what kind of steel is in these? I did a spark test and I'll post them in order right to left.
