Ethan, me, Biscuit, Upnorth, GingivitisKahn, and buttloads of other folks use their knives on breathing animals, its the best way I know to kill'em, gut'em, clean'em, and carve'em.

I am a firm believer that everyone should have to kill something and eat it, at least just once in their lives. And, if I had my way, they'd have to do it by hand. Reverence, smeverence, its about putting food in your belly.

Kill it and grill it, I say.

Well, I would rather not have a thread of a chicken being killed by a flying Cold Steel Trailhawk in the BKT forum.

If its going to be done, I would rather see a quick, humane beheading with a Becker Knife and Tool blade. As well as the cleaning, dressing, cooking and eating of said offending rooster.

Ethan would get a kick out of that.
