He's got a trusty fixed blade (butter knife) that he carry's with him outside too! As soon as I get some kydex I'm going to make him a small sheath for it.

No doubt! I'm all over that for my son. He's 3 1/2 and knows basic components of the knives and to stay away from the blade end. He likes to count my SAKs and tell me the colors.

I will be getting him one as well!

We should put together a W&S for kids! This knife could be included with a custom W&S logo. My son also loves his fishing vest and firesteel:
