Vodka Martini here. Garlic stuffed olives.

This one was made with Viking Fjord vodka. It's a really affordable potato vodka that I've taken a liking to. Seems to be a "love it or hate it" spirit. I've read some really scathing reviews of this vodka, including one that even gives it a "Hobo's Choice Award." :p On the other hand, it scores an impressive 4.76 out of 5 at vodkaphiles with 21 reviews. In comparison, Tito's scores a 4.54 with 41 reviews.

This Viking hobo is about to have a second one, I think. Long day.

I am bachelor for four more days. My wife and daughter return from their short trip to Japan on Saturday. I just opened a bottle of red wine, and am about to enjoy pasta with a side salad. I have a bottle of Knob Creek that I plan to open later this evening.

Picked up a couple of imports, sipping on a Ukrainian beer called "Lvivske", a nice light lager, but nothing to write home about.

Sadly my shelves are totally bare because I've been too busy for a shopping trip. All I had left was a bottle of Yellowtail Shiraz that has been mixed with diet coke for an improvement :( How I miss my Zaya rum.....sniff sniff.

Milagro Anejo and bud light....yes I know its piss water but thats what the g/f like's and has here at her house and I brought a so-so tequila.

Blasphemy!!! Thou shalt never speak against the Tito! Let it be written...

I just finished doing some lawn work (spring has sprung in South Texas...) and am enjoying a Boulevard unfiltered Wheat Beer, with a squeeze of lemon. Tasty stuff. Very refreshing. It is on my highly recommend list... (which includes Tito's... of course).

How does the Knob Creek compare to Makers Mark?
I dunno. I have never tried Maker's Mark, but I am certainly enjoying Knob Creek.
