I just received the Ricardo Velarde integral I bought from Ivan today - yes Sunday! It came Express mail from Brazil in only 4 DAYS!

When I saw the knife posted, I emailed Ivan as I was a little worried about shipping/customs etc. I have a sister who lives in Greece, and it is a nightmare sending and receiving packages - we've had stuff get lost, found in a year, etc!

Anyway, Ivan told me he's got this stuff figured, and he's got a great rep so I decided to go for it. Ivan was great with email updates, tracking #s etc and like I said the knife and beautiful sheath arrived today in perfect condition!

I won't hesitate for a second the next time I see something I like from Ivan or his cohorts!

Thanks a lot for your nice words, Bill. dealing with you was great, too.
Just a small clarification. The knife in question was made by JS Ricardo Vilar, not Ricardo Velarde, wich is another knifemaker.

Duh! You're right of course, not that Velarde doesn't make great integrals too - I think I must have integrals on the brain!!
