I've been away from knife making for about two years, now, and I'm just now getting back in the saddle, so to speak.
I checked Ellis' site and saw where P-50 isn't available anymore.. So, what are people quenching 1095 in, now?

Also: It's good to be back! A little part of me died when I had to pack up my shop and stop due to familial/financial things coming up.
 
Darn. I found my old parks 50, and the 2 gallons I had in the bucket seem to have taken on 2 more gallons, in water.
