To my surprise, my WIFE has been converted....and she wanted not just one, but TWO, of my Spydies!!!

She has NEVER been a knife carrying individual but has decided to carry a couple of bugs, so I gave her(or I should say that she stole

) my Jester SE and FRN Cricket SE. Although rather small, these two Spydies do have awesome cutting power for their size, as many of you may know.

I guess that this just gives me a couple of good reasons to pick up some new bugs.

Agreed! Time to get new ones. My wife took over my Toplock 2 auto. She uses it in the kicthen all the time. So I got a MT! HAHA

My wife likes to permanently borrow some of my knives, too. One good thing about being married to a knife nut is that there are no family fights when I bring home another another new knife. Of course, it can become somewhat expensive, budgeting for buying so many extra knives.

You know, what I find so funny is that she wouldn't even carry a small SAK with her before.

At first my wife said "What the heck do you want that for ?" Meaning a Delica. Now she plays with it all the time and wants to get a dragonfly !! Oh and she's stolen my SAK Manager and Soldier already.

Complaining ??? No. Just added a few items to the shopping list

I can relate.... my girlfriend has never been a knife person and she refuses my attempts to buy her a knife of her own. However; it seems she has "adopted" my FRN Pro Grip for utility tasks around the house and I've even caught her flicking it when she thought I wasn't looking

You guys are lucky! I can't convince my wife to carry a Spydie. She just has one of those cheap ass keychain knives in her purse. That darn thing is gonna close on her finger one of these days...
