Simonich 440V or Boguszewski BG42 is $295, Simonich Talonite is $395. Like I said, I'd pop for the Talonite again without a second thought.

I'm with Mike on this one.

I've grown very fond of my Rinaldi for general light camp chores, and the price was very reasonable. Trace Rinaldi provides alot of knife for the money.

I don't know if Talonite is worth $100.00 more than 440V. I guess it is up to the individual. I love Talonite, but that is a pretty high premium to pay for it. Especially when 440V is such a great steel. All that being said, I would probably opt for the Talonite myself.
