Big thanks to c4man. This is the sturdiest, most rugged knife i've EVER held. It will also be my new EDC blade, just because im nuts and want to lug a 10 lb knife around to supplement my 200 lbs of guns I normally carry.

BTW, YES that's snow. I went outside for pics and it just started snowing.

Nice first blade and intial impression. Wait till you start really beating it and see just what INFI is all about!
 
Congrats!! :thumbup: Yep, they are serious blades, those ASH-1's... We'll see who's hurtin' tomorrow! ;):D Nice pix! :) As for EDC... Don'tcha think it's kinda small? ;) I think that you need to upgrade to a MOAB. :foot: LOL :D:D:D
 
Haha! That is how I felt the first time I got a busse, which was an FBMLE. I still feel the same way:thumbup:

Nice pics and glad to hear your love your first Busse. Just make sure to keep using em as they get annoyed when they sit for too long;)

Welcome Bro and you have nowhere to go but up now. Oh, I guess your back account will go down and your C/C will melt on the shear association w/Busse Combat.
 
I remember being away from Busse for many years after my first Steel heart II in A2 steel. I had bought a few of them, because I heard they were the best survival knives available. After using my SHII in the field, I was a believer, but didn't really think about buying any more, since I had my survival knife role filled, then one day I just happened to type in Busse knife on ebay, and there was my SHII for $1,200... So, I looked up the busse home page and started to look on Blade forums.. heard there was a new knife coming out called an AsH1... I purchased one.. the same knife and color combo you purchased... after opening the box and carrying the thing around the house for a week, I decided Busse knives were the only knives I would ever buy again, "except for some benchmade/spyderco folders" I then ordered about 10 more of these incredible Ash 1 blades in different color combos.. and have been totally hooked ever since, I've even sold some firearms I never thought I would part with for INFI... Busse knives are the ultimate blade.

Use her. You can't fully appreciate the INFI until you beat on it like a rented mule:D

I would also pile on here and say that the CG ASH1 is definitely a knife that you hold and say "this thing is indestructible".
