This 4" Bulldog Congress came out in 2006 as a tribute to Jim Parker. Regardless of what people might think of Mr. Parker, this is a very well made knife. The elephant ivory handles in particular are first rate.
You can see that the blades seat snugly in the 'well' but there is no blade rub with any of the 4 blades.
New in original packaging and box, never used or carried:

This is a low price for elephant ivory handles. The last GEC or Northwoods ivory handled knives sold for $300.
