Hi everyone , What I have for sale today is a Sweet Elephant Ivory Handle Gents knife in CPM154 steel, It has been hardened an had Cold Treatment for a Final temper of 59-60 rc . The opening is 6 1/8" an closed length is little over 3 1/2". The opening pull hardness is around 3 for an easy opening an closing with good snap in both , plus has half stop also an flush in all three. This knife has Fluted Bolsters an Bolsters on both ends, Mirror polish on everything. The inside liner is hand polished to 6000 grit while the blade is sanded to 1000 grit. I put bronze bushings in all my knives if I can get them in. Has an Arrow Shield an stainless fittings thru out. on Ivory or Pearl I put Nickel Silver pins in the handle an center pin areas because there softer an easy to work with on delicate handle materials. Liner's are milled as on all custom knives. ASKing $SOLD shipped to you. pay pal or money order is best. Thanks Everyone an God Bless. DSCN0925.jpgDSCN0932.jpgDSCN0937.jpgDSCN0943.jpgDSCN0952.jpg

Joe, this is a Beauty ! I like this size and you managed to get some very fine Ivory for it too.
I'm disappointed that i don't have the money spend, or I'd be claiming it Right Now.

Super Nice Joe. I love my little Ivory Gents I bought, so I know somebody will score big here.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. everything on this knife is ok except for them little black marks around the shield, in real life- there very tiny but under my magnified camera lens it shows up like a big trench around the shield, Ivory is tuff to work with an putting a shield is as close to a nightmare you can have ,especially when the template is a piece of junk to begin with.

Joe, you are your own harshest critic. We all know that no custom knife is 100% perfect throughout all it's aspects. I can see the very tiny irregularities around the shield, but it's of no consequence. It has no effect on in-hand feel, smoothness of walk & talk, the eveness of the blade grinds or the sharpness of the finished edge. An imperfection in those areas is significant.
You 'picked' the best place for the slight imperfection that will always be somewhere in a hand built custom knife.
Now, let's get this show on the road and somebody buy this before i break down and go deeper into my line of credit.
The quality of the ivory here is very desirable.
