Unless the sperm whale teeth are registered pre-MMPA teeth, they can not be sold or shipped across state lines. IIRC, Washington state also prohibits their sale intrastate.
Better check those out and possibly remove them from the post.

I appreciate the info about the teeth.Just checked the laws in the state of Washington and I can sell them within the state but they cannot be sold intra state.I was not aware that you could not sell them nation wide unless they are registered under the CITES agreement. Also I was just told by the state of Washington you cannot get any teeth registered now like you could pre-1972.

Ray - I'm going to have to buy you a new tape measure :D

I have not got that wooden tape measure from Jack yet so I thought I should reduce some prices in my post in hopes some thing sells so I can go buy one:)

TK.. its yours and as soon as I get back home it will be in the mail. Oh yea...Now I can go by me another new tape measure :D

Ray: Payment sent - now go buy a better looking tape measure for Chrissakes :D
