Izula 2 vs HEST for EDC

hest rides horrizontal, pry bar down, i havent had any snagging issues yet, but it does print something ridiculiously.. i've yet to find any other carrying options that really work. do enjoy putting it in it's places though...

lol I have drawn out a ESEE3 at the post office and opened & broke down boxes there ....
I'd go for the Izula or Izula II

I actually took my knife out and left it in the car the other day at post office. I didn't know 8f there was some bs law for post officies id'e get in trouble for.

Sounds like the Izula 2 is the way to go. As for the laws, I'm a little unsure of carrying it now, but It would still be something I can bring into work everyday. If it's the weekend and I'm out running errands, I'll stick with the delica or Vic soldier just to be on the safe side. Thanks for all the input.

The beauty of the Izula II is that it fits in my pocket, unseen. But so does a pocket folder. I still carry a folder for EDC. It just works for me.

For what you mentioned you will be using it for, I would go with the Izula or Izula II with no hesitation. I may hurt some feelings here, but to me the HEST knife is "quirky". Some people may find it useful but I don't need a fence cutter/pry bar/bottle opener/scraper type of knife for everyday carry.

I've had a HEST, Izula, Izula II, 3, 4, and 6. For me the Izula II is the most practical for my daily applications.
