Izula beauty, use and kydex sheaths !

Nice, great sheath work. I like your fire starter. Firesteels, Bowdrills and PJCB's are great but aint no beating a Bic, unless its a flamethrower.

God bless,
Adam

Hey Man, cool and professional pictures. Beautiful light!

Love the Kydex sheets. How do you made them? Is it hard to do?

I learned to make them by watching youtube, and got the material from knifekits.com , everything is there ! i find it easy to do as long as you dont start a complex sheath first , kydex is very forgiving and cool to work with !

thanks everybody for the cool comments ! :o

Six Moon NICE job with the sheath! Great idea with the bic lighter attachment! sheath making & handle modification is something im becoming more and more interested in.

I was looking at knifekits.com and want to purchase some tools for all these projects I have in mind, but before I do I was wondering if you have any pointers / tips for me? any advice would help. Not just from you but anyone who is willing to help. Im open to all suggestions.

After seeing and following the forum for a while and being a massive esee fan. All of you have inspired me to take my knives to a knew level. With kits, sheaths, wraps, etc.

Kydex is very easy to work with, just start with a simple sheath. Watch some reviews at youtube and then just try it out yourself, thats in my opinion the best way to learn. You win some and you lose some.

My first sheath actually came out quite nice, a fallkniven s1 sheath.

The great thing with kydex is that once you screw it up, you can just reheat it, straighten it out and try again :)

And dont waste your money on those expensive kydex presses at knifekits in the beginning, i just bought some cheap sleeping mats that were almost an inch thick, and clamped pieces of that to some wood. Then i just put the knife in between and press them in a vice.

Good luck :)

Totally agree with turbo - henrik ! kydex is pretty easy to work with, i just took the minimum tools on knifekit , some foam , kydex, rivets and the thing to plant rivets .. you can start doing sheaths with very few things !

Wow, bro' -- professional quality pix you've got going on there!

I'm using the first one on the desktop now. . . .

Thank you six moon & turbo! Im very excited to start this! I tried talking to a couple friends about it they looked at me like I was crazy. They dont understand my excitement & appriciation as well as respect for knives! I was saying to my girlfriend yesterday thank god for the you and the forum because not many people understand this fasination and addiction lol.
