There is nothing we hate worse than missing a delivery date. It bothers us because we have always based our company's philosophy on giving the best and most accurate information available to our customers. I was up until 2 AM this morning trying to figure a way to juggle all that we have coming up. Thank God for Shon and Becky Rowen cause they're the guys that keep the wheels of RAT Cutlery running.

I got it, just hire christmas elves before they get really hard to book!
