Izula folder??!??!?!?

OMG! I just checked the Rat cutlery site and saw the Izula folder. D2 blade and frame lock with G10 scales and looks exactly like the Izula fixed blade. I NEED this knife...any ideas about availability date?!?!?

AFAIK no date has been set. They said it's in the works though. Alot of us are looking forward to it for sure!

The RAT website says to expect it late 2010. I am sure that is probably just an estimated time.

You can bet your sweet ass I will have one as soon as they are available. My current folder is a Leek and while I like it a lot, it just doesn't have that burly look the Izula folder does.

Late 2010 is just the projected date. It is subject to change.

I rather have Micarta myself. It was said to be late 2010, but that is the projected date. Very subject to changes.

I'm fine either way. One side is the frame lock, so there is only one scale and the handle material is not why I NEED one.

it will be stainless steel, the frame that is, and the blade will be D2
