Izula I or Izula II

Have you though of the ESKabar? It has the same handle as the Izula, but a longer blade. They, the Izula and ESKabar, are both great knives and both have ESEE on them if that is something you're worried about.
 
I just got my first Esee today, an Izula DT. Beautiful knife but the handle is just too small. I barely get three fingers around it.
I think the Izula II, with just a little more handle, would work fine but it only comes with a black blade. My employer says no black blades, looks to menacing, to tactical......
Is Esee going to make the Izula II in other colors like the Izula and the Esee 3 and 4's?

I think the kit is worth it if you want the clip back, separately the clip back is about $10 which is the difference of the kit model plus all the other stuff is like a freebie.
 
I just bought an Izula II. It is very comfortable with the full scales and longer handle. I have not held an Izula but I think it would be a bit small for anything I would do. My hands are on the smaller side of medium sized, but the Izula II seems to fit perfectly.

You could always go the modification route and strip it, then add a cool patina of your choosing. Those raw, freshly stripped blades really look slick.
