IZULA-II up on the web site

Although I like the new design, and I know it will be a huge success, I personally would like to have seen them keep the lanyard hole the same size. Even with my XL hands I can fit my little finger in there to keep excellent control over the blade even with wet or bloody hands. Even with that said, I will most likely buy one :)

I personally never had a problem with the original Izula handle length, but that's just me. If this one becomes half as popular as the original, Esee has another winner on their hands.

Looks good, I have been really considering an Izula but the small handle is just not comfortable in my hand. I am really looking forward to this one hitting the market.:D

We are now taking reservations for the IZULA II.

The longer handle & scales are very nice options!

Great job Jeff, Mike & Shon!

I am really looking forward to this knife.:thumbup:

I am curious what the price will be as well.

Can't wait to get one of the new izulas but I agree I liked the hole the size it was pinky fit just right

Forgive me and/or my ignorance but it looks like (from the renderings) the material is going to be fairly thick. With the right tools could you not expand the hole with a drill bit or buffer? This might possibly jeopardize the integrity...I don't know just a thought...

Not sure if you are referring to the blade or the handles, but the handles seem to be the issue. If the hole was bigger, the micarta around the opening would be pretty thin. Probably not a major deal, though would probably break more easily.

I had an Izula and the handle was too small for me. If the price point on this one is about the same I might just pick one of these up.

Yep I agree. I like the look of both the longer handle and the scales in the rendering. But yes...thats why I preordered form you. I saw it there. It just looks like a much more hand fitting blade than the smaller IZULA. (Maybe thats the only reason I was waiting to get one) Well and I wanted scales and others options to go with it. And does. Can't wait. Very nice!! enjoy edgy
