This is a catch and release for me. Originally purchased here from a fellow BFC member, I was so inspired by this knife that I ordered a custom directly from Jürgen.
The handles and the blade is bead blasted, and feels extremely comfortable in hand. There is a slight recurve to the blade, and the tip of the blade is very stout. The action is smooth, and the blade is on teflon washers. The spine of the blade is comfortably rounded (similar to a Sebenza) near the pivot, and then flat towards the tip.
Lockup is very early, and solid. No lock stick whatsoever, and no blade play.
There is a scratch on the handle, and the photo shows it at it's worst angle. On most angles you can't see it. Also I did cut some cardboard with it, which left a bit of a mark on the blade which I tried to capture. It's barely visible.
Lastly I disassembled it once carefully, to clean it, and stropped the blade on a wicked edge.
The knife comes with a pouch and a signed certificate of authenticity.
$420 >> $400 **SOLD**
