Up for sale is this one-of-a-kind J.A. Baker S-tac with a custom Big Chris re-profile/grind... never carried or used. $340...now $285
I got this knife from the original purchaser as part of a set that he had custom made by J.A. Baker. Stunning materials and workmanship throughout this knife and sheath! A friend of mine talked me out of the Tactical Hunter 'mate' to this knife and I then had Big Chris re-profile and grind the blade on the S-tac. I really like how it turned out...Chris does great work! The blade steel is 1/8" ATS34. Handles are Carbon Fiber Lightening Strike w/Bronze. Thin black G10 and bronze liners. Bronze pins w/ carbon fiber centers... It's a stunning combination with the copper lightening strike CF!
Chris's grind really compliments the handle shape and is amazingly sharp!!! (sharpest knife I own as a matter of fact...) The flats were left acid etched. Comes with a custom, heavy duty pocket sheath made specifically for this knife by J.A. Baker. Amazing leatherwork! Carries very well in front or back pocket. This is a substantial little knife with a LOT of character and would make a great little EDC. Asking $340 TYD (conUS)...no trades at this time, thanks.
