I bought this set while stationed in Germany in about 1991 or 1992. Great knives that have given great service - but my wife didn't like them as much as I do, so she finally got me to buy her a set of different knives. These have been well maintained, sharpened when needed on a Chef's Choice 120 sharpener, otherwise honed with a steel. Contains 11 pieces, inlcuding the block. I don't think we used the cleaver even once, some of the others only saw sparing use. Includes:

8"/200mm chef's knife
8"/200mm slicing knife
8"/200mm serrated bread knife
5-1/2"/140mm boning knife
5"/130mm serrated sandwich knife
4"/100mm paring knife
7"/180mm Serving fork

These knives will last a lifetime. They were top of the line when we bought them, and they are still superior quality knives. They cost a lot when I got them, and they are still worth it. I would like $250 for these, shipping included. Thanks.
