Behring/Treeman Knives Deer & Trout. Would call this one mint/unused except for some pepper spots on the blade from sheath storage. I can easily remove these with some Flitz should the buyer request it.
I am asking SOLD! to MBTA
Paypal preferred.
Trade offers are accepted for traditional fixed blades such as Randall, and customs like Dozier, Mike Malosh, though all trade offers will be considered.
This is the Treeman Knives bio:
"This J. Behring handmade Trout and Deer has got it all and then some. By far one of the most beatiful knives made to date. It's a bit larger than a trout knife and has a wider blade with a bigger handle. made to dress out big game and still the perfect size for fish and birds. The 4 3/8" 01 tool steel blade is hand forged the old school way, and struck with crisp deep stamps and a grind that will make it easy to sharpen. This knife is extremely sharp. Overall length is about 8 1/2". Perfect size knife for just about any animal in North America . The guard is nickel silver and the handle has black, maroon, aluminum, ivory micarta, and horsehide spacers. Looks wonderful. The sambar red stag butt is old. I cut it off Randall kit knife we rehandled that was at least 30-40 years old. It is solid as stone and has the red bark that everyone is after. The knife comes in a Mosher basket weave pouch sheath. Brand New knife, made this week and sharp as hell. Great collectible, investment and best of all a knife you can use on the next trip to the woods. Comes with a zipper case."
