J.D. Smith Spyderco

I want to know what folks think about the J.D. Smith lockback. It kind of reminds me of the old Renegade. It has a good edge on it and it has done a good job on the fairly light cutting that I done with it so far. On a slightly different subject, I want to know why the Zowada folder is so expensive. It costs about the same as the J.D. and the Terzoula Starmate, but it has an Aus-8 blade.
