I bought it slightly used, then I used it to field dress a Whitetail, removed hams and shoulders and back strap, and processed the Venison getting it ready for the grinder for burger, so it is used and had several patina spots on the blade. I cleaned the blade per Neilson’s instructional video on youtube linked here:

The blade is 5160 high carbon with a hand rubbed finish. It has nickel silver guard with stainless pin. The handle is beautiful Curly Koa wood with copper throat and black and silver spacers. The sheath is hand tooled “Autumn Leaves”. Guard to tip is 6 7/16 inches, overall length is about 11 ½ inches, blade thickness at the guard is 3/16 inch. Card that came with the knife from the maker shows original price was $500.00. Wanting to fund other projects so will sell for SOLD shipped to a US address. Neilson is a MS and makes an exceptional knife. This knife was made when he was a JS.
First contact, whether PM, email, or "I'll take it" post here will get it.
