Yes, it is from ebay.

If you put in "Russell Barlow" as your search terms you'll find current (and past) examples that have been offered.

I saw a few that I was interested in but I liked the fullness of the blade on this one, the age, as well as the relatively good condition of the bone (as described by the seller).
