P.S. I'm at 198 as of yesterday. I'm not losing much, but at least I'm not gaining, and I'm still going in the right direction if slowly, lol. I've been wanting to do bike rides at least twice a week, but I've been busy getting ready for this trip, but I should stay busy kayaking and snorkling, and I plan on maintaining my push ups and sit up while I'm gone. I'm gonna need to, I always eat too much on vacation.
 
stingray- Kettlebells are Russian torture devices- basically cannonballs with a handle. Very portable for travelling and such, since you only need one :D

swings are pretty much what you can imagine, but google "kettlebell swings" "kettlebell snatch" "kettlebell clean and press" "Turkish Getup" and you'll get a basic set of youtube videos that describe what I do most.

If you want a suggestion on a quick intense workout for vacation, I'd suggest:

20 hindu squats followed by 20 jumping jacks, down for ten pushups. Then up again and repeat. 3 or 4 times through should get your heart goin. If you have a rock or something heavy - 15 pounds or more, you can play hot potato overhead and get a brutally fast ab workout without knowing it. (getups, with or without weights, will do it, too)


Raskolnikov: I hate you.... Actually I'm inspired :D I'm in a very difficult stage where I can't get rid of the gut fat very fast, but I'm visibly getting more defined and capable with lifting and activity.
 
Ok guys, no pics at the moment, maybe later this week, but I have stopped lifting all together. I know its crazy. Actually what has happened is that I joined a gym here in Mississippi, not a lifting one, an MMA gym. So I do that for 7 hours a week and I am doing flag football here at school. So cardio is my new thing. I have gotten in much better shape though you still can't really tell...
 
almost done with the month. I need photos soon- I'm down under 210, finally. the love handle parts are nearly gone, the beer belly is no longer a beer belly, just a big of a gut.

I can't quite do one arm one leg pushups yet, but I'm getting closer!
pullups are being done in sets of 3 5 or 6 times a day.

Today I start a switched up plan, more naked warrior stuff (pistols, one arm pushups, pullups) and only one moderate set of kettlebell work in the early morning. Oh, and TGUs with the kettlebell every day as well. just one set of 3 each side.

The next four weeks, from today, the goal is to blast the sticky fat as much as possible, so lots of short, intense sets, and zero beer for 4 weeks.

Those size medium BDUs are looking like it's almost time to buy them. Hopefully I'll be able to afford to order a pair in the next month.
 
You guys inspired me, I started recently ... I had let that get out of hand ... that's gonna change ...
